DUTIES: Special Education Classroom Aide • Assist teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction. • Provide individual and small-group assistance to students under the direction of the classroom teacher. • Support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and daily living needs. • Assist with implementing student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as directed. • Supervise and support students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, and other school activities. • Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment. • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support student success. • Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or administration.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working with children, particularly students with disabilities, preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and related service providers.
